How we are safely navigating through the pandemic

 

 Upon entry at Kalon Hair Wellness all guests must be wearing an appropriate fitted face mask & check-in via our salon QR code system. A COVID safe declaration form is text to you 24 hours prior to your booking where we ask if you could kindly fill this out. 

Appointments throughout the pandemic
We strongly encourage pre-booking your appointments ensuring we are available at a time that works with you. This can be done via contacting our salon or requesting a booking online here, please note online bookings are switched off though a lockdown where you will need to email us with your booking request.
We do welcome walk-ins yet cannot guarantee we will be available upon arrival. 

Business Hours
Due to the current climate our salon hours may slightly change.
Please make contact with our salon if you wish to come down to purchase products or without an arranged booking. 

Kalon COVID - 19 Safe Plan
Our team each are certified in the Australian COVID-19 Infection Control Training & once we re-open will continue to maintain our extremely high hygienic standards through our Kalon Hair Wellness COVID-19 Salon Safe Plan.
 

Bookings that are postponed due to a lockdown
A confrimation text is sent to all clients with notice that your booking will need to be postponed due to a lockdown. 

What happens next?

Our friendly staff will be in-touch with you & able to assist with re-scheduling all arranged bookings in order of appointments made at a suitable time ensuring a fair booking approach is maintained. 

I cant remember when my next booking is?
Within 10 minutes of making a booking at Kalon Hair a confirmation email is sent to your requested email which will outline your full booking details including time & date. (Check your junk inbox if you cant find it or shoot us an email at mitcham@kalonhairwellness.com where we can assist!)

New booking enquiries through a lockdown
We are monitoring emails for new bookings & warmly welcome future bookings at mitcham@kalonhairwellness.com where a team member will be in-touch with you when we have a clearer re-opening date.

Home Colour Kits through a lockdown
These kits are only available to current Kalon Hair clients who have a colour history with us. We can only offer a basic root coverage colour to cover grey.
*No foils, lightening or toning.  Email us at mitcham@kalonhairwellness.com to place your order & for click & collect dates.
